I just bought the Ultiamte HD Edition in steam summer sale ...
downloaded the the newest trainer version ...
but the Game crushes on every Option as soon its used:

inf life : I get hit --> Game crash
inf Ammo/no reload: I shoot --> Game crash
adding PTS: going into menu --> game crash (some times it works)
inventory items: use item --> Game crash

I dindt try the teleport because I am not fond of it in any game :P

could it be that it doesn't work with the german censored version?

As much as I like the series, RE-4HD was a huge disappointment for me. The PC controls using mouse and keyboard were so bad, it became more like work than gaming. I don't really care for controllers either.

After about 3 hours, I finally gave up and uninstalled it. Storyline seemed ok but it had to be one of the worst ports from console I ever played.

It felt like something was pushing back on the mouse against my movement. I tried adjusting the sensitivity and acceleration but no dice. I was pretty much bummed out since I had been looking forward to playing it. Can't win 'em all, I s'pose.

Funny thing is I saw plenty of complaints in various forums about that but when I scanned the message base here, I don't recall finding much of anything about that.

Bought during Winter 2014 Steam Holiday sale: Trainer doesn't work (no options) Ammo/health/items/reload/etc.

I also just bought the game during the Winter 2014 Sale and I also thought that it was not working.
So I downloaded the trainer again and (this is me being very stupid) I realised that I was using the normal number keys and not the number pad. 😵
It is working for me (not that I am suggesting that you are doing the same mistake that I did).

bought membership to pretty much get the trainer for this and it crashes!!!!!!
