    Dear CH,
First, I want to say that i really do appreciate the work you've done. I rarely have a problem with you work. I also, think that NO ONE should work for free. But, isn't there a middle ground here? I have been a yearly member since 2010 and will continue my membership as long as you keep up the good work. don't you think that for those of us who are faithful and buy memberships, we can work out a "pay as you go" type scenario? If you would have asked me to pay for the trainers on games over 20 patches on a 1 to 1 basis i would firmly agree. Much like an app store. I am an avid Humble Bundle customer as well. Yes their cheap, and the help people, but they also have the game I remember playing throughout the years. The problem i have is that the games are mostly older games. a lot of them have hit you limit. Don't you think that a member should have some benefit over the nonmember. As I see it, the "new guy" off the street can buy a lifetime membership and get everything they want, but the member who has been faithfully paying for years has to pony up to get the same treatment. I personally wouldn't complain if I had to pay 99 cents for the trainers over 20, but, after 3 years of paying for my membership, it rubs me a little raw to say I have to pay for the lifetime membership to get a few trainers more than I get normally.
Again, i do believe that you are the best at what you provide. I just think that there might be a better way for your members. Thanks for the vent. Keep up the great work.

    Thanks for the rant.

But the talks about why this happened where done in October if I remember right. Which came with a discount code. You should really keep up to date. If not you will miss out on things that could be very important.

I see no problem with new people buying up a LT membership. There should be no block for those, if you do not take advantage of the opertunitys given then like they say. You miss out.

Now doing the trainers like an app store and pricing it like that would not be finacially viable. Due to the time it takes to make and update them. I know this as some of my apps sell at £5/$10 due to the work and time that has to be put in them that is just me working on them. So doing it at 99c would not be even enough in my eyes for trainers.

Thanks for your comments, but the system you suggest would not be beneficial to either of us. For one, we would need to charge around $9.99 per trainer to make any money and we would have to do it for EVERY update. Which means that you would be paying $9.99 on a daily basis for some of these games that meet the lifetime requirements. It just doesn't make sense. We came up with the best solution both for us and the end user. We make enough money to support these games that are utterly broken beyond repair and the end user gets a LIFETIME of trainers for one very reasonable price.

Where are the list of games that require a Lifetime membership? I can't seem to find the link anymore or the forum post.
