I was also able to edit the needed items to craft all the tier stuff and crafting tools to just take 1 pixel nothing else. I set the beacon, inactive robot, and decoy to 1 pixel and they work. All the tier upgrades(engine upgrade in explorer) work with 1 pixel edit. The map upgrades work with 1 pixel edit too.

Some items that get edited disappear from the list of items sometimes, so just reload the original recipe and re-edit and set the mats to 1(i guess its a trigger item that got removed).

Tried to change how the treasure chest spawn and the spawn ratings but the game just gets stuck at "loading" after the chucklefish logo. So, I'll try messing with it some more.

Also, I couldn't get the "fishaxe" to work for some reason. It will spawn but when I try to use it, the game crashes. So I deleted that lol and said forget it since most craftable items can be 1 pixel cost, it should be good.

Edit: I'm not entirely sure but maybe we can make some of the "dropped" items craftable. I doubt the "generated" ones can be tho so the guns etc might have to be edited thru the treasure chest spawn rating.

If you look at the treasure chest files, I think the instrument names are listed and their respective spawn rates.

weird your having problems, i havnt even tried playing online with this, mods never work in most online games unless the mods are server side as well. I just assumed you were playing singleplayer.

For the buster gun, this is exaclty what i have in my copperbar.recipe file

Also, i doubt your doing this, but make sure your editing the right copperbar.recipe file, there are 2, 1 in stonefurnace folder 1 in refinery, you want the stonefurnace folder.

After screwing around a bit it got it working, only had a crash with the fishaxe when used on the background. Nother qeustion i had is, is there a way to change your ship like this?

change your ship like what? you can change the exterior look, i use a recolored apex ship mdoel for my glitch character, also alterered the teleport graphics so its blue instead of red. If only i could find an alternative device to the loom, everything would be neat, it stands out a bit on my ship, not that i really use it though. Having multiple 64 slot chests on my ship and base is working very well, and having tech stations throughout my bases means i dont haev to return to ship to change tech ; )

Can I get a bigger ship by editing some stats? If yes, how?

And does anyone know how to change the colors of objects? For example:I edit the copperbarfile so it spawns "locker1" which comes in different colors. But when I craft it it always is some kind of brown even though I'd prefer green or blue. Can someone tell me how to do that?
