I don't want to say that BD is a worse AV. But as you paid for your AV and the AV ignores YOUR EXCLUSION you might complain on their forum instead.
Why should we take care of special AVs not flagging our trainers when they have an exclusion list which isn't working properly. If THIS wouldn't be the case, I would agree with you.
What I meant to say by finding a solution is not to spend $5000 on buying AV software and test them to find a way around no not at all. As @DoomerDGR8 mentioned before BD in this case is open to take a look at the trainer to find a solution also would I be able to invest some time as customer here to contact my AV to figure out why Exclusions don’t work properly on the trainers in this case and why turning off the AV does not fix the problem as well.
But if I have to receive at first that any changes are not possible it’s from my point of view that you’re not willing to change anything then I am not willing on taking on any action as well…
Anyways since I made my point clear ill invest some time in giving some samples to BD and try to achieve something with it so for the 3 having trouble with it right now and for other users in this Community that might experience this problem.
Again @PWizard it was not my intention to **** you off in anyway and I can understand your frustration but still the response you give in name of the(your) company is not so stimulating for customers.
We're not here to fix any broken AV or game.
You can add an exclusion to the trainer and it should work. If not, then there is a serious bug in the AV or the AV don't trust you and ignore your exclusion. In any way I have to say it again: The issue is not caused by us or the trainer. It's one or a few AVs that not only flagged our trainers (like I said previously, this is normal due to way the trainer works) it's also ignores your exclusions which leads me to my conclusion: The AV is broken.
I would be seriously the last one who doesn't care about customer complains. But if it comes to DAYS of ADDITIONAL work to find a solution to be not effected by a BROKEN AV then yes I'm not willing. What would you say if I would do this additional work just to see the same result on the next day the AV got updated?
I understand your feeling and I'm just trying to say that you blame the wrong company. If your AV freezes your computer, would you blame Microsoft for not finding a solution or fixing Windows?
Bud how was responded to us first is as i said before not the way to go. I did just send a mail with a sample of my trainer and the information about the exclusions bug towards BD en am awaiting a response now once I receive any news I will inform it here.
Also I don’t mean to say that you have to update everything but doing nothing is no option so once I get info I’ll gladly inform everyone here.
so far I moved it to the game file with same error message...ive uninstalled and reinstalled in both file locations and I've made sure it was being ignored by my AV from download to extract to trying to run the trainer.
As for everyone complaining about your AV got to kasparksy it works fine all the time for gamers, and stop complaining about it here instead of to your AV's website its their error make them fix it.
PS. cheat happens team I see (by the dates and times on most of their posts) have been online during Christmas and new years instead of taking day off with families to keep you tards happy so lighten up... their membership fee is pretty damn cheap and you get access to so many trainers and their support when you are not criticizing or being a straight up Ass.

grr this time im the tard I fixed it forgot my gamebooster was running blocking files unrelated to normal gaming :s sorry

If i buy a antivirus like BD it has a reason and if you have no clue why or what then there is no point saying anything about what i should or should not use.
and obviously your PS: shows that your not bright minded... its not about complaining its about finding as solution and that’s in favor for Cheathapens as well for the persons having the problem.
And if you think that 69,64EUR is not much money then you probably have to much of it... Next time try to speak for yourself and not for others!
By the way....Im sure there are some of us customers who does know a thing or two about computers.
