not removing AV to get trainer working.
please find a way to bypass this.
older trainers are working fine no problem.
trainers with built in customize options are not working.
BitDefender has been and is still the #1 anti-virus for quite some time now. You, being a company, can approach, at least, them and sort out a workaround. I have been on their forums and they want a sample trainer that exhibits this behavior. Which means they are ready to address their paying customers. Even if nothing will happen and I'll end up playing without anti-virus.
I'm your paying customer as well. Just tell me that you are looking at possible way to work this out but your new trainer template with customization options and ability to change values to add or subtract is awesome (it is!) may be just too big to give-up. And we already know that the bill are always going up and having two trainers no longer is an option as it add to employee(s) salaries. And that it may affect the releasing of newer trainers as PC games are pouring in every-time now.
I'll accept that.

The fact that that the customers that mention this problem are pushed aside this easy is not a good thing at all, we pa(id)y fair money for the trainers you guys are bringing out on this website. Also do I not believe that we 3 in this case are the only one having this problem there are for sure more users having the same issue with this trainer or other trainers.
As I mentioned before I will not drop the security of my PC because you deny to find a solution with the costumers/AV having/causing this problem that’s just not realistic. Or in other words because i(we) care for our PC security we are not able to use Trainers from CheatHappens because the deny to find a solution. The fact that the customers here are pointed towards the AV company’s is something that also pretty angers me due the fact that you actually was not planning on taking any action(before).
I hope the same as @DoomerDGR8 that you will at least consider to find a solution to this problem, the part about employees and the (indeed) nice customization option are indeed important roles but it does not take away that the issue is pushed away instantly towards the customer or AV.

The problem here is not our software, it's the antivirus software being overprotective and incorrectly flagging our files as malicious when there is no malicious content. There are plenty of antivirus suites out there that do NOT block our trainers and you are welcome to use one of those. Otherwise, you can submit samples to your AV company and ask them to unblock them. You can also check the manual that came with your software to learn how to temporarily disable the protection or add our files to an exception list. We have absolutely NO CONTROL over whether any particular AV will block our files at any given time. They might block one trainer and not the other. They might not block any and then one day block them all. We have no idea and expecting us to is quite ridiculous. Believe me, we have enough to deal with without adding AV support to the list.
