Another one to watch out for is mission 16. You have to destroy anti air guns in a tank. If you use infinite health in the tank it causes you to get 'ejected' out of the tank when it gets hit. Its a scripted event and the tank is supposed to take staged levels of damage. The way to fix it is on reloading from checkpoint. Use infinite health and deactivate it then the tank seems to take damage correctly and you can finish the mission. Hope this helps someone else with the same issue.

Anyone who can make a post listing all levels and scenes where the trainer makes the game to glitch?

I was going to do that on my second playthrough but the game doesn't hold any interest for me now, ironically because of all the glitches. I normally play COD games at least twice but can't be bothered with this one

Well, I got the first error on that level "Legends Never Die", exactly on the beginning, the thank does not move so the game does not continue.

On the next level, "Federation Day" another glitch appeared for me, when I'm going down the second time on the building, two guys appear I have to shoot, and they get stuck, on the next guy (with the knife) the game crashes. I played this level without the trainer.

On the helicopter level, next one, "Birds of Prey", I got another glitch. In the beginning too, when the cars appears, I simply fall from the helicopter.

I closed the game, now I'm going to play without the trainer...

Restarting the mission didn't work for me. Starting the game without the trainer even open didn't work for me either. What ended up working is instead of choosing Resume Game...I chose Mission Select and started Legends Never Die again. I didn't activate the trainer until after the first part on the street.

I am getting this glitch, where you are ejected out of the tank in mission 16. I tried loading the game without the trainer, and still get this glitch. I also tried restarting the mission from the beginning and ended up reinstalling the game. To no avail. I can't progress.

Same bug here for me and that's without the trainer. just posted this issue on the steam forum, time for a another patch..
