Just an FYI to anyone having problems - if you have the Tmodloader DLC installed - THAT may be why the trainer isn't working for you. I have just the vanilla version installed and it is working just fine. The team won't be able to write a trainer for the Tmodloader DLC I'm fairly certain because there are a ton of mods you can get with that and some of those can easily break the trainer. The vanilla version of the game without the Tmodloader works fine with the updated trainer.

Im playing on vanilla as well, options not working are unlimited hp and mana, ghost mode and OHK lowers all the npcs life to 1

I too am not able to get the unlimited health and mana to work. OHK works. Map reveal works, but makes the background sky black. Have not tried the item or stack editors. Vanilla install, no mods. No antivirus. Running trainer as admin. Cleared my cheathappens folders and tried again. Mana and Health not working.

I noticed that there was an update available on the trainer manager so I updated the trainer.

I have only tested

Unlimiter Health
OHKO

I can confirm that OHKO works however, unlimited health is not. I am on the latest version of the game. Like previous attempts the Unlimited Health does confirm that it is activated but I get no benefit from it.

The trainer is working except for the inf health/mana. I have inf health against normal mobs but I still take damage from the environment. Anything at lava level or any status effect can still kill me. Other than that, the trainer is working fine for me. I am in single player with the new journey mode.

I just pulled down the update and used it in the exact same world I had before. Classic with the Video and Health/Mana set as stated in the instructions. This is a single Classic game, not Journey mode, not multiplayer. From my standpoint, the trainer works as advertised.

As a side note, I had problems with Terraria itself when I first got the update via Steam. Bottom line, I had to restart my entire computer in order to fix the problems with Terraria. This was prior to the trainer. All I can say is to re-iterate what PWizard and everyone else has stated countless times: check your AV, security, admin access, do clean installs etc., ad nauseam, so on and so forth.

As I said, from my standpoint, at least in regards to Terraria in Classic Mode, the trainer is functioning as advertised. Thank you, PWizard.

Now to pull out Cosmos and see if I can get speed to work, but cause it takes forever to get anywhere.

Again i re downloaded the trainer, run classic vanilla, no mods, new character

If you think you're having problems with the new trainer just posted today, you should file a Trainer Update Notification Report to report the game patched or updated, or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. It takes 3 or more reports for it to be evaluated.
