Anyone else having issue/problems with bulletins not updating?

I've destroyed 4 IS-2 in one game, yet it says I haven't destroyed any for the Tiger bulletin.

The funny thing is, even though I can't unlock it yet, the bulletin for King Tiger is already done!!!???

I still haven't found out wich trainer function is the culprit?

I found out that, if you can't build working fieplaces on winter maps .. just disable the instant build function and build the fireplace normally, then it works

But besides that .. the trainer is working sweet

to the team and their hard work

I doubt its the trainer, I think it has to do with the game itself. I've played a skirmish with a friend and the bulletins didn't update.

I do not think its the trainer either. From my past exp. But am having a look see while I have some spare time.

Update they update fine. Remember to check the box to the left and scroll up and down clicking on each with a pointer on them then clicking on any other to make it vanish.
