i just noticed that my off line key for my trainers is not working i had no problems with windows 7 just double click the reg key and it was imported straight a way into the registry

but now i am using windows 8 64 bit and when double click the reg key i get this message

C:\users\*****\downloads\compressed\******.Key,donot add it to the registry

are you sure you want to continue? yes no

after clicking yes i then get this message

X cannot import C:\users\*****\downloads\compressed\******.Key: the specified is not a registry script
you can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor

if the net goes down i am going to be stuffed so how can i get this offline key into the registry does anyone from the admin know about this problem

The offline key is not a registry file. It's meant to be placed in the same folder as the trainers and that is it. The instructions state this.
