It still works for current version, tried it a few minutes ago. Just stick to the instructions and all the options work.

Trainer is not up to date. My steam version of file is 1.1.0.10099 so it is not working.

I have the steam version 1.1.0.11872 (trainer is 1.1.0.9522) and

I can't seem to get it to work.

Any chance that this would be updated to 1.1.0.11872?

It's working for me. I press F1 only when I'm in-game (not at the main menu).

Current version is 1.1.0.16167 and the trainer just kinda hangs there, not doing anything. So yeah, not working at all with the current version. Done all the usual stuff. Did the update request, too.

I've just tested the trainer and it works fine. Activate it INGAME (when you can move around).

I've tried, but I'll test a few other things. I'm unsure if I had the game start in admin mode (I know the trainer is). I'll test it and edit this with the update.

EDIT That was definitely the issue. Ran the game in Admin mode and the codes worked. My bad for not trying that earlier. Make sure to put that in the readme files if it's not (it might be and I might just be dumb... probably that).I'll have to remember to do this for my games from now on.
