Cash, health and timer still works. I only needed to update ammo. If the others doesn't work for you you either activate it at the wrong moment (game creates code on the fly) or you need to reinstall .net framework 4.5

The trainer is designed to work through patches. Please test the trainer and let me know if it still needs an update.

The game creates code on the fly and it's written in .NET Please read notes on how to activate the trainer. If it still doesn't work please (re)install .NET framework 4.5 to make sure the game is using that version.
