This whole panic over the game not coming to PC is needless and foolish.
Take a couple things into consideration
1 - All GTA Games, except for the mobile knockoffs, LCS, VCS, and Chinatown Wars, made it to PC, Albeit late in the case of IV, but all the same.
2 - The argument of "But RDR never came to PC* is irellevant, That game was primarily made by Rockstar San Diego, a Rockstar studio that has little to no experience doing PC games. GTA is done Primarily by Rockstar North in Scotland, With it's other US, UK and Canadian offices assisting, I'll come back to them in a minute
3 - Max Payne 3 was Rockstar's latest release, and it came to PC not even 2 weeks after Console. While GTA5 Isn't announced for PC at launch, the time between is getting shorter and shorter
4 - Back to the Rockstar studios abroad. Rockstar has an entire studio, Rockstar Toronto in Canada, who do more PC porting than they do making games of their own
5 - Furthermore, Rockstar Leeds, whom are also assisting in the development of GTAV, Are activley seeking out Specialists to assist in "bringing the latest R* Titles to PC", And there are only a handful of games NOT on the PC, Given the scale and hype of the game, and the outcry in demand for a PC version, You can bet that it is pretty damn certain that this is for GTA 5 PC.
