I don't know if this is intended, or I am just doing something wrong, but some of my trainers that use keys I normally press, such as the letter keys, make the trainer "activate" the cheat when I do not want it to. I am a streamer on twitch.tv and like to use trainers to achieve the best possible results in most games, of course after I beat them, I always play them legit the first time. Anyway, the reason I'm asking is because right now I do not have a mic, so typing to my viewers is the only thing I can do. Is there any way to change the keys WITHOUT using the trainer customizer located in the troubleshooting section? I've downloaded a lot of trainers, and they are all in the same folder (unless the game requires it to be in that specific folder), and it seems that when I customize the keys for 1 trainer, it affects the rest of them that are in the same folder. Do I need to re locate the trainers I wish to change to a different folder so they work differently, or is there some way to edit them without having it affect other trainers?

Some of our newer trainer allow you to customize the keys within the trainer itself (see readme). Otherwise, you will need to keep the trainers in a separate folder to use the old customizer method. I believe the Trainer Manager software might also be able to load separate hotkeys for trainers in the same folder.
