when I try do download trainer it auto logs me out and when I try again again it says I have a lifetime account but I have a unlimited account.

need helps thanks.

Something in your browser could be blocking ?? ...
try a different browser, FF or whatever alternative to your current browser, and see if the problem persist ...

I use FF and have no problems ... IE 10 also works for me

Lifetime account should mean that you are Unlimated member for life. But your AVS could be blocking it or your browser as "fluesmækkeren" said, I would suggest you try out the Google Chrome for this download

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and third party apps. clear cache and cookies. lower browser security, try different browser, etc.
