Getting Weapon Parts on Tomb Raider PC Message Board - Page 1

Hello All,

Has anyone had any success in modifying the weapon parts yet?

If not I hope CH will add this function to the trainer for a later version as it would be something nice to have.

You gather enough salvage and you can upgrade your weapons at campfires. Some upgrades aren't available until later in the game.

But is there any outside way of unlocking the parts you get later in the game. Would be great to start with max upgraded weapons.

No, I don't think it's possible because certain weapons and parts are only unlocked through scripted events during the main quest.

Spend most of the end game just looking for salvage in the hopes of getting the parts. Yeah it would be nice to be able to get them in an easier manner.

An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.

Bump on this. In the end, all my weapons were max upgraded. I just don't want to do the excessive searching in a second playthrough. An option a la FarCry3 to unlock everything related to the weapon parts would be great.
