I've tested the steam version. The trainer works and the values stay. Can you please be more specific of what you have done so the values didn't stay for you?

Oh sorry about being vague. I think was brain dead at the time. Anyway I'm on the retail version and both the trainer and the values don't work. Health unaffected by trainer. Editor always shows 0 for all values. I did at least make sure I was using the right one trainer.

Yeah the retail got updated (long while ago?!), I've updated the trainer should be posted soon.

It was a recent update November 1st. I only noticed cause I was using the trainer then I was all oh new update ... then boom no more worky.

I'm running the trainer as admin on my Win7 machine.

I've updated my game via the Beamdog client and downloaded the new version of the trainer/editor.

I run the game and hit F1 at the menu and hear "Trainer Activated".

I open the character sheet, (abilities and such) then alt-tab out to the trainer/editor and I can see my character's abilities, but when I attempt to click on a stat and change the number it flickers and goes back to the original stat before I can even hit the return button.

Am I going about this incorrectly?

Same thing happens to me but tbh I use shadowkeeper to edit my stats anyway. I had to change the trainer from num1 to F2 to get the health trainer to activate as well, but that has worked fine.

Which is good enough for me.

hey got a problem run the trainer and it spits out .net error bad method token it lets me continue and load the trainer but cant seam to get any values to input iv re installed .net and the trainer still the same problem i got the game yesterday from beamdog via their down loader i assume that means im running the latest version any help much appreciated


older trainer doesnt do this but dosnt work

there seems to have been an update to the steam version now as well. is it possible to get an updated trainer for this? thanks
