This is a new (hopefully throwaway) account (haven’t used it for 2years or so) I can’t remember the password of my old account and I don’t get a password reset email send to my old email account? The old account had a lifetime premium and of course don’t want to have to pay that fee again. The support page tells me to open a ticket but I’ll only get linked to a site that wants me to make a subscription based account (help desk)What can should I do now?

Può essere che sia stato uno sbaglio di prelievi della carta di credito da parte nostra.
Se non vi è arrivato nessun pagamento chiedo scusa, ma ancora non sono arrivata a capire se i soldi siano stati inviati a voi oppure no.
