Può essere che sia stato uno sbaglio di prelievi della carta di credito da parte nostra.
Se non vi è arrivato nessun pagamento chiedo scusa, ma ancora non sono arrivata a capire se i soldi siano stati inviati a voi oppure no.

Any payment made to this website has to be verified by an Administrator(Founders) before any upgrade to your account is made. This means that your account will not upgrade instantly, it is upgraded manually. Have a little patience though, there are 2 Administrators that manage this site with nearly 1.5 Million registered members, they are busy people, but they visit several times a day and it is very likely that your account will be upgraded within 48 hours from the time your payment clears.
In some rare cases, the Admins may miss an upgrade transaction. So if it has been over a week since your payment has cleared and your account status has yet to be upgraded, simply email a copy of your receipt to chris@cheathappens.com and the problem will soon be resolved. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
