Both of you need to send a photograph of the credit card you used, front and back, your drivers license, front and back plus a utility bill with your same address as the credit card and once I call the banks and utility departments of each and confirm all of the data then your accounts will be upgraded.

Hi there - I had an annual sub previously, since expired (months ago). I have now come back on and want to buy a "Premium Lifetime" sub. Completed the payment form once, nothing. Completed it second time and it said "Duplicate Transaction". These were both yesterday (18th Oct) so I tried again this morning (19th Oct) and it says "Transaction Declined". My account is showing "Free" still however and I'm not even sure that the payment has gone through or has been accepted. Could you assist please, as I'd trying to sign up here 🙂

Hi there and thanks for the quick response... I tried again and this time through PayPal and you know what, it worked and I'm sorted within 60 seconds. I checked my payment card and it appears that on the second attempt the provider blocked the 'unusual transaction pattern' so that was the issue I bet! Thanks

How is it possible for old trainers to stop working when I finish my payment? Those older trainers are already paid! All the trainers I bought from you stopped working. Never before has this been the case, although I have a few for Month been outstanding !?
