Truly an American Hero.

He truly is a HERO God rest his soul, now the big question is did we ever get and land at all on the MOON,i was in my local pub and watched it all take place live in 1969 if my memory serves me correct.

My Personal opinion is i don't think we ever got to the MOON and the only reason i say this is because we have not returned to that lovely place, its deffo not down to money because NASA has just landed on Mars.

And finally what a strategic place for the USA to have, say a huge LASER or a weapon to take out any Ballistic Missiles heading the wrong way for example,so like i said i do not think we ever made it to the MOON.

if the US did ever revisit the moon for any military purpose there would be no record of it.

whether or not Armstrong walked on the moon is irrelevant, what really matters is that people believed he did, which gave them a spark of hope that human kind was capable of much more than its own suffering and despair in a time where hope was very hard to find.
