I only ask this as while looking on google for some command text cheats and not a trainer based one i came across this site

and it's word perfect to the trainer i got from here.

They're not on that list, yet Future Soldier trainer along with options and instructions is completely the same. And you can't download anything unless you disable ADBlock.
