anyone got or had problem whit the meny, i cant do anything, i can berly go to options but i cant change anything, if no on can help me with this isue, i am afrade i may have waisted money

Your going to have to be a little bit more specific. You can see the the profile screen and select a profile but you cant start the game or change any options right? Does anything happend when you click the launch button?

what lauch button??, well ther are a few buttons ther, i asume one of them is that button, but i cant play as long as i cant change anything in options, well i did find the option button but in side that meny ther is nothing, wish i cud send a screenshot but i dont know how

You didn't waste your money, you need patience. Explain in detail what it is you're trying to achieve here and we will do our best to assist, furthermore if you can't wait for us to reply then I highly suggest visiting the forum of the game, plenty of people there will help you:

Maint: Where it says Available Pilot Profiles... Click your name (which is probably in the top slot). Click it, on the left the pilot stats appear. Now click "LOAD PILOT" which is one of the four buttons above the big EVOCHRON MERCENARY sign.

go to the following location: C:\sw3dg\EvochronMercenary
Delete or rename sw.cfg

start again, and enjoy the game. I guess there is a bug, I now made my nwe sw.cfg read-only and so far it's loading okay.

If this doesn't work for you then your having issues with direct-x your best guess is then the forums for support.
