I like the idea mentioned earlier- if you romanced her you can remove her mask. If not, you don't get to see her. That way you please (most of) both groups.
Unfortunately, games have become like politics - you can't please all of the people all of the time. No matter what you do, you're gonna **** someone off.
How? One group wanna see tali i(im in that group) and another dont so why not do when you start the game after you choosen kaiden or ashley then let people choose between unmask Tali or dont unmask Tali so if you choose dont then the story wont unmask her or if you choose to unmask her then she will be unmasked then both groups will be happy? Ofc about how she looks cant be choosen that way but then people can choose to see her or not and if people will hate she dont look like they want her to just dont unmask her then

That's why I added "most of" in brackets. The majority of people who want to see Tali's face are those who romanced her, or have an interest in doing so, while the majority of people who don't really care are those who don't.
Of course, there will be people who fit into the opposite category, such as yourself, but from what I've seen that's the general rule.
