Saints Row: The Third Message Board  

It's starting to **** me off, when the big guy does a one hit kill on ya everytime. You just can't kill him without using the one-hit kill cheat. Is there a glitch here or do you have to shoot him in the head when you only have one second as your character finally gets a grip.

uhh i never had any trouble killing him

the game changed my gun to my SMG and he died pretty quick

my gun was level 3

if you're having trouble try turning on no reload, he should die in like 2s

This appears to be a random fault in the PC version of the game. Some people find changing from normal to (I think its called) casual mode fixes this. But this will only work some times.

use rocket launcher 2-3 times and he's done

I never had any issues with this guy either. I just empty a clip in his face and he's done for it.
Keep in mind that it's a scripted event, if you stop shooting, you die.
His HP will drop to 0 even tho he's not dead, but keep shooting anyway and he'll fall off before he reaches you.
