After finding all 24 Vex sends you off to find the Crown of Barenziah for the stones, after you hand the Crown in you recieve a perk called Prowler's Profit which vastly increases the chances of finding gems while scavenging dungeons.
The completed crown with gems is in the Guild behind Mercer’s desk once you complete the quest.

Actually they are called unusual gems before they are appraised, but you can call them Stones of Barenziah if it makes you feel any better.
Unless you are talking about the guide i dont see the locations.
Skyrim wiki makes no point to unusual gems when you search for unusual gems. But if you look up Stone of Barenziah you this.
Click --> Link
Stones of Barenziah are gems in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It is regarded as an Unusual Gem.
Also I had put the locations down earlyer before ya :P in
