Hey try -
player.setav BowSpeedBonus

Default is 1.

I believe that although this doesnt make you draw your bow faster, the value represents how fast time progresses as you draw, for instance setting this value to 0 should stop time whenever you draw to fire.

Curious.. iis there a Command to Increase the Spped of the horses. traveling on my Shadowmare is slow as hell. i can run quicker. also i have nothing against kids in RL i have 3! but ingame the kids need a Smacking! annoying lil buggers. tried console kill but that don't work lol don't supose anyone worked out how to get-rid of the kids fast! lol
oh 1 last thing.. is there anyways to get rid of a placeatme Forge i spawned earlier in the game its kinda blocking the whole path in whiterun lol

if you want speed on an enchant try mgef 108A3E
this is the "DualFlurry" mgef but works on two handers as well!

so not having to mess with player set buut...
you have to modav your enchanting down were 2=100% speedboost
I've tried incriments of 0.25 equaling in +25% speed boost
So bring down your enchantment to 1 then add the proper decimal of which percentage you like.

enchanting 1+ player.modav enchanting 0.5=1.5= 50% speedboost

just remember to set your enchanting skill back to a whole number as it doesn't show fractions

equipping the item just adds that amount to your current speed multiplier so if you got the perk Dual flurry 1 which gives you a 20% boost thats 1.20x base speed adding the enchanted item above will give you another 1.5x base speed making it 2.70

Is it possible to force any NPC in the game to be your companion via the console? The closest I've come is setplayerteammate 1 but the NPC doesn't follow me around...

Bring up the console, click on the object (I believe this works on children too) and type disable.

To increase the speed of your horse, bring up the console and click on your horse to get the ID. Use the ID like so (example ID):

ff0015b3.setav speedmult 150

Default speed is 100. Set to 200 is speed x2. I would also recommend increasing the stamina.

Sweet! Def gonna try this now.

Try this. Bring up the console, click on the NPC in question and use these commands:

player.setrelationshiprank player 4
setrelationshiprank player 4
addfac 5c84d 1

Talk to them afterwards and look for the "follow me" dialog option.

Depending on who you highjack, you may have to set their aggression and confidence up a couple of notches so that they don't run and hide every time a fight breaks out. Hroki squealed like a little girl at the first sign of a spider until I gave her a pep talk... now she's a natural born-again killer.

setav confidence <1-4>
setav aggression <1-3>
