At the end of the day it's all about how smart people are when browsing etc. If people goto dodgey sites then expect dodgey things to possibly happen :P
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

i use Microsoft Security Essentials its free and it works ^^ i used AVG before... but it has to much extra stuff i dont need

As many have already mentioned, AVG from Grisoft does have the free version which has worked very well for me over the years.
However whenever it comes to firewalls, I've never been very fussed on Windows Defender. An alternative that I did use in the past was "ZoneAlarm" from Zonelabs. Like AVG, it had it's own free version too, which had a very extensive incoming/outgoing tracking system.
There is the name of a good malware removal that I had given to me a few years ago. I'll find out the name of it for you in the next few days, if i can find the zip-drive it's on. As far as I remember, it was very reliable and is regularly updated with any new malware threats, and was free of charge.
