Nintendo published the details for the WiFi giveaway the Liberty Pass on the US Version of Black & White today.It launches on March 6th 2011 to April 10th 2011. This will allow you to go to Liberty Island and capture Victini. Victini is a Psychic / Fire type and is #000 in the Unova Region.
