I am trying to get this, but AVG is showing it as a virus, have tried to disable AVG to d/l it, but it still pops up and says I can't d/l it...very bad AVG:{ Its also my firewall, so any points to anything else that does as good a job?

In terms of firewall, all you need is Windows Firewall. The only time you would ever need a 3rd party firewall is if you were on a network that is known to be hostile (these are rare cases).
In terms of Anti-Virus, the one with the least compatibility issues with trainers is Microsoft Security Essentials (Cost: Free).
