    Is there any way to add acouple options to Fallout 3 like the trainer for Fallout New Vegas. Mostly looking for the Enemy Confusion and Bionic Charatcer options!!

    If you're using the PC Version then try "tai" ot "tcai" in the console and to get to the console press ~ in-game!
