For me, it's running. About 2-6 miles total for 5 days out of the week (I've got school all Monday and Wednesday). Somewhere in between the run, I take a break and do some weight lifting things.
I usually stop at my old elementary school. There, I do 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, a minute long plank (Link), and 20 sit-ups. I do those crazy upside-down sit-ups hanging from the monkey bars.
I'm extremely skinny. Hence the workout. Trying to build a little mass.

I shovel animal feces in the morning and do WiiFit in the afternoon and I'm gonna start the Insanity workout as soon as my uncle finishes his 60 days and see if my bad hip can survive it.
Also since I'm still in school, add up physical ed.
I don't have a fixed schedule of what I do when I work out, but most times it just ends up with me going to the gym, playing basketball for two hours, then running some laps and using the rowing machine...
But when I do its usually just a start with a mile jog on the treadmill (sometimes I skip that) then I hit the weights. Usually upper-body with focus on biceps, triceps and lats.
When I finally move to college I'm going to try to get myself to the gym there a lot more throughout the week and get myself back on a schedule...
