I could not get the 1.03 mega trainer to load even without running the game. It always comes back with a "Splinter Cell Conviction Trainer has stopped working" message. Tried running the 1.02 and normal trainer and those don't work either. I've no problems running other CH trainers.

The trainer is fine. Something on your PC is blocking/interfering with it.
