I am trying to use the trainer on my laptop, but it does not seem to work with the Function Buttons

I am trying to use the trainer on my laptop, but it does not seem to work with the Function Buttons for the numbers on the keyboard. I do not have a numberpad. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
