You don't need trainer for fallout 3. Just use the cheats from the console and it will surely work but only on PC.

i had the same issue.i have Norton security suit 4 and it will tell me it's a virus if it blocks it you can restore the file back were it below then reopen the file it will appear.this does not always work for all trainer for version 1.7 retail+steam it does it you don't have Norton see if your virus protection has the option to restore files that read as a virus if so you may re use it with out downloading it all the time
