When i type in the cheats... it says that cheats aren't enabled on this server. Can anyone help me please?

Did you star your preferred map with devmap [mapname] (mapname = Name of your map, list is given in the Cheats & Hints page).

fake!!!! you dont need cheat mode for all the cheats there over a 99999999 cheats(its acctuly the setting you change so there not cheats)all the yellow settings are no cheat mode needed, all the blue are cheat mode needed
