Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth Message Board  

I'm in a difficult position with this game, i really like playing the original campaign that follows the characters from the movie/book. But theres a problem..

I can no longer play the game, i get an error about Access Exception Validation or something like that and no matter how much searching i've done on the net i can't seem to find a fix.

I've followed the instructions to update all my drivers but still no luck getting past it, i've tried using no-cds to see if that makes a difference but nope. Reinstalled several times but no change. I've tried the creation of an Options.ini but no luck with any of it.

Can anyone help with this if you've had the same problem what fixed it for you?

BFG 8800 GTX OC connected to LG 37LH5000 via DVI->HDMI cable @1080p
