    There is no mouse sensitivity toggle yet

    I lowered the camera sensitivity to no avail as well.

    The game is unplayable because at paused, the mouse goes to a crawl, and when aiming, it twitches around at the slightest touch.

    It's like they *gasp* developed it for consoles in mind

    Open file 'Mass Effect 2\BioGame\Config\PC\Cooked\Coalesced.ini' with a text editor. I used vim, but I assume it works with e.g. Notepad as well.

    Edit line number 5160, which reads

    MouseSensitivity=1.0

    to set mouse sensitivity as desired. I'm using 0.4. Make sure you restart the game for changes to take effect.
