Is there a specific tactic to kill the Dragon, I have been trying for ages, but it is so damned hard Do instruct!

Which Dragon? the one near the gauntlet or the end-game one?

I see, it is pretty troublesome but beatable, i suggest turning down the difficulty and if it is already down low as it can go i have a few questions:
1: What class and level is your Player Char?
2: Who is in your team?
3: Do you have any of your army left to fight?

I've been able to drop all its health just by letting my recruited armies fight it. If you have a significant number just place your party off in a corner somewhere away from the archdemon until all other allies are dead.
