What are traits or ancillary's that I can add to my general to increase the chance of making some babys, YEAH!

There was a trait called "Fertility". The max level for it was 3 and to be sure of it's existence you should check if the general has "Prolific" to his traits. It states something about him being able to make a child from his sweat or whatnot. That should be it.
