    @Foxxie

    So baisically just because Gay partners are defined under a different word is why there is this whole up roar? at least that sums up a few paragraphs of what you said.

    And the government only takes action if the church has said that it will not accept gay partnerships. As much as I hate to say it, there are churches which marry gay partnerships.

    Because churches marrying same sex couples is a bad thing?

    I support LGBT, that's lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transexuals. You know why? Because everyone has the right to feel happy and LOVE. Yes, love. The most loving couple I know is a lesbian couple, there's more than lust to it. Also, need I point out the more straight people have one-night stands and spread diseases? Same sex couples are generally monogamous and faithful.

    Homophobia is sad and stupid. No one has the right to say someone's love is wrong (except of course, in cases of paedophilia)

    Show me where in that post I said anything about one night stands or dieseases. And furthermore I wasn't even talking to you.

    The reason I said "as much as I hate to say it" is becasue these churches are going against their very own religion.

    Another thing. Why are you always the first one to challenge/argue/whatever you wanna call it with me?

    The rest of my post was a regular post. It wasn't directed at you.

    Also, don't flatter yourself. You happened to be the most recent poster when I posted.

    Well, you were supposed to use this thing, it's called a brain. If you're missing one, go see your doctor. Then you do this thing called THINKING!

    I'd give in and expand on that, but the result would be so incredibly flamey I fear the entire thread would be set on fire.

    Yeah that's enough, let's get back on topic guys.

    Anyway, I don't have anything against gays, and them getting married doesn't affect me at all, so I guess I'm all for it? Why should someone be excluded based on the person they love? And it's not like gays would want to be married in ultra conservative churches anyway, so they wouldn't have to go against their teachings or anything.
