Same problem here. Only Unlimited health activated and still dying
Also... if i get hit so I see red and stuff... it wont go away again...

I just downloaded it and it's still not working for me on the retail version. Had unlimited health activated only. Can anyone else confirm?

The same here. I did not notice it before, because I am using always ingame godmode cheat (binding to a key) and ingame notarget. So I do not use a god trainer option. Ingame cheats work ok.

so if they have fixed the trainer we can use 1 hit kills along with unlimited health? do we need to re-download the trainer again i take it that we do as the fixes wouldnt have been aplied to the one we have downloaded?

Unl health is tested and confirmed working. Clear your cache and cookies and re-download.
