could anyone tell me how do i pass the metal fence after helping my friend to jump.plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

You have to go into the building on the right of the fence and cut the cable on the wall so the power gets unplugged from the fence. Then go back and help your friend jump across the fence.
Afterwards you just walk up to the fence and keep climbing upward until Sam eventually climbs over the fence.
