Men of War: Red Tide Message Board  

Im thinking of buying the Gamers Gate version of this game but my question is does the Red Tide Steam Trainer work for this version of the game?

As mentioned by PWizard elsewhere on the board there are no plans to make a GamersGate version of the trainer, so there is no Guarantee it will work with that version, the best advice is to try it and see before reporting back. If you want to play safe and get continued support you'll have to buy the Steam version

I went ahead and bought the Steam version and the trainer doesn't work - great advice dude...

a patch came out

At the time of writing my last post the steam version had not been patched, it was then patched, but there is now a 1.00.1 trainer that works with the Steam version...

Please don't criticise me for trying to help, especially when the advice i gave at the time was correct, and like i said the comment was based on what PWizard himself had said about the GamersGate version elsewhere, so if you want continued support Steam was the best option (as proven by the updated trainer for it)

As well as my steam copy, It also appears to work for my english retail copy bought from yesasia.com too
