Hello guys, I'm having a big problem with the game lately. It freezes after 1-30 minutes of gameplay with looping sounds. It usually happens when in a car and during missions. I can't alt-tab out and the task manager won't appear either forcing me to hard reboot the whole computer. I get no error messages and none of the patches fixed this. I have an nvidia 9800GT with 2 GB RAM and I'm running this on windows XP. Does anyone know how to fix this?

turn your graphics down obviously its overheating the more you do this the more your computer will have a chance of BSOD.

Thanks for the quick reply. I haven't tried that yet but it might work cause I've read in a few forums that lowering the textures (and a few other stuff for that matter) should help with making it freeze less. I'll check it out and edit this post soon...
Results: I tried it out and it didn't freeze on me at all last time I played it (for about 2 hours) so it definitely does the trick.
