Divinity 2: Ego Draconis Message Board  

I'm in broken valley, have just turned into a dragon in a dream where I met damien. The wizard told me to go to a tower, I found the tower have invested a lot in health potions and skill points in vitality. But can't for the life of me get past those bastard skeletons or open any doors cause i have no lockpick skills or know how to get this skill to open doors. pls help. I'm a level 7. cheers

I am in the exact same predicament as you. If you have Fireball or something similar it eases your pain a little bit, and also up your skillpoints when you kill them from a distance but watch out for the skeleton healers who ruin all your hard work. Lockpick is somewhere under the Dragon Knight/Slayer columns. Running and jumping to get away from your enemies is a sound idea too. I'll let you know if anything improves on my end so we can get out of this damn area together

i actually figured a way around it, if you go the opposite side of the bridge away from the boardwalk there are only 5 skeletons, kill them then walk up to the gate, you'll find that its locked, so go a little to the left of the gate and jump a little bit to the inside of the gate, just dodge the skeletons and go up the wooden ramp to the left keep going up the ladders till you reach another locked gate use dragon statues to activate gate, must be in right sequence, DON'T GO INTO THE FIRST DOOR. you'll need to find the other door and in that door find a corpse with a reveal spell which will bring up a lever activate it.
