shure I'm more of a wieght lifter myself I like the bench press, push ups, curls, pull ups stuff like that but a run cant hurt**starts to run**stops you coming or you just going to stand there? **starts to run again**
I ment my health toast lol I know it can hurt my legs I know a few times I wasnt shure I could make it up my stairs to my room**starts to slow** A minnesota winter gets me out of shape**starts to huff and puff** going to go die now**falls face first into the ground** oowwwch
