It seems to run fine on my Intel Core 2 Quad 2.66GHz, 8GB Ram & ATI Radeon ED HD3870 512 MB graphics card PC, using Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit Edition...
Running the game at 1920x1080 on my 24" HD monitor, so far so good. It definitely looks much better than it did when I played it on my XBOX 360 earlier this year. However, that wasn't a HD monitor. Regardless, I might have to rent it again now that I have upgraded to a 24" HDTV in the gaming room as well.
What is weird, this seems to be pretty much a straight port, yet it's on two discs rather than a single like the original on XBOX 360. Personally, I don't see how it could be so much more space used, but feel it is still worth it if you have the space to burn. Also, yeah, took what seemed like forever to install!
Personally, I am glad I bought it since it was only slightly more expensive than buying the original XBOX version I was about to purchase anyway.
it runs quite well on a C2D system so definitely its going to run as good if not better on a C2Q system. i'm playing it...i love this game. i have just about every SW game in my collection. i'm quite prepared to overlook some minor cam/control issue. no big deal.
