Can You make options for instant using batarngs etc ? Sonic Batarang, multiple and that we can control ?

What do you mean? You mean like when you use "Q" for quick batarang but instead for other items? Or do you mean unlock them all at the begining? If it's the first than no, I don't think you can. If it's the second than you can but only the one's it allows you to get at the time. The other ones you unlock as you progress the game.

Sry my english is bad... I mean I've unlocked some gadgets and now
I selected for example multiple batarang... RMB, aiming LMB shoot, after doing this in bottom left corner of screen I see loading bar (how much I have to wait before next using) I mean this.

Oh. No, I don't think you can do that. I checked the trainer and there is no option for that. But it doesn't take too long for those bars to load up anyways. The only one that really takes a while to reload is the Sonic Batarang.

You know... This is why I want to ask Cal. to do that if He can...
