Need for Speed: Shift Message Board  

Hello @ ALL!

So, I've gone sick by that damned GAME... I'm very angry at this moment - I've got enough from that damned task called "SPIN OPPONENTS!" ... *ARGH!* - I let that [censored] cars spin - and spin - and spin... and I STAY ON THE STREET (that's a rule of that task) but the counter (4) stays at (4) - what the [censored] should that be... somekind of joke or is it a bug?!

Some friends of me only needed to crash into a car or cars to complete that task, but on my PC - they can't complete it by this way!?! I don't want to complete that game with 99,99%... okay... I think there're more races with a task of "SPINNING OPPONENTS!"... but I don't know it really at the moment.

Is there no way to insert a "Task Completer"??? I need it the most... I tried to search for the memory adresses with *TSearch* by my self, but I can't find them... that's very stupid, and I think that's really a bug!!!

It can't be real or possible, that 6 people of my friends, wich completed that task on their PC's, can't complete it on my PC - SAME GAMEVERSION, SAME and THE SAME OS - but no way... they can't-they haven't!

We did some bets about:"Who is the *CHOSEN*, wich completes that task!?! - We will call the WINNER the *CHOSEN MASTER OF DESASTER*!"... but just for fun and only sarcastic!

I've searched in the www for answers but there's no one for that problem... *HOW TO SPIN OPPONENTS* - YES, of cause, but we did it like that... I don't know what I could do the next - I only hope for help by *PWizard* or some other author, wich makes trainers for us... or I have to pray, that the next patch comes out as soon as possible and that it do his job and kill that bug too...

I'm sorry about some *chosen* words... but, as we say in german "I HAVE MY SNOUT FULL ENOUGHT OF THAT [censored]!"

Thanks! Now I had post it in the forum there... waiting for help there and here...

Using the current trainer, use the pileup burst to upset the AI cars. Wait a bit then ram one of them and you sometimes get a "spin" opponent. In spite of the description, you can spin the same opponent 4 times to get the star.

The normal way to get this is to ram the opponent car from behind and hope the opponent spins. I haven't had much luck trying to spin the car by turning into the side of the rear quarter panel of an AI car (pit maneuver doesn't work well).

Some of the star acheivements can be done in quick race, even though they won't show up as stars until you start a career event. This works at least for the stars that are also related to badges.

The other solution is to run the event twice, once to win it, once to get the bonus star.

Thx... good informations - that strategy with "at first win the race and after that - drive it again and get the star!" - ohhh, yes and I did that often, hehehe!

Okay that point with Quickrace is interesting, I'll try it soon!

True!!! But the problem have, i think, a resolution:
Need a cheat to give stability on the green line, like a rail! and automaticly when you give a gas to mutch, put in the antispin. I hope you understand what i mean (sorry my english)

Yes I understand you, but nearby your idear for a cheat is the option *Handling Model=HOBBY* - there you need only the accelerate/brake and steer just a little bit, the rest is the KI doing for you - LOL!

Starcompleter Option for a trainer is for me the "MOST WANTED!" cheat ever...

By the way... NO SUPPORT from EA, for my problem... !

Ehm, if somebody got the Version too... I play with HAMACHI there - *Lobby: Need for Speed - SHIFT* *PW: shift* - I've played until now with friends of me... if there're not enough players I'll put some KI - Drivers in the game.

And we've got a TS-Server of cause - but who is interested in multigaming, should write me a PM for contaktdetails.

But note... that's multigaming - so play fair and without cheating. - Who's against that rules is going kicked and banned.

In the race I'll hear nothing from someone, talking is before and after the race still okay, but not in the race .
