you need to go to the swordman place in town hill teach u how to do a spin attack go to the guard by the post office talk to him and he will tell you he needs to see the spin attack show him. he will let you trough then go outsied go left then down the ladder then at the right bomb the wall and defeat the scrub he will sell you a bottle had back out up the laddergo up then left put some water in your bottle and pour it on the plant [note] bottle costs 20 rupees i think
